Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dave Steel Photography! We take great care in delivering your prints, photos, and other photography products securely and on time. Below is a detailed outline of our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

All Hi-Res images are processed with in 2 weeks, the USB stick is delivered by first class mail immediately afterwards.

Shipping Rates:

All prints and USB are sent by first class recorded mail at the current market costs

Packaging:

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Prints are packaged in protective tubes or flat mailers, and all other photography products are securely cushioned to prevent damage.

Missing or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
