Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges on items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

​​​​Booking and Deposits:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that your photographer is reserved for your date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event or photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 30 days before the event: If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session to a future date (subject to availability) 

  • Less than 30 days before the event: Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are subject to the full service fee being due. We will not issue a refund for the deposit or the remaining balance.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather-related issues), we will do our best to accommodate you. Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled date.

  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate your new preferred date, we may issue a partial refund (excluding the deposit) or allow you to choose an alternative date.

Refunds Due to Quality Issues:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final photos due to technical or quality-related issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your photos.

  • We will review your concerns and, if applicable, provide a resolution, such as re-editing your photos or offering a partial refund.

  • Please note that artistic differences are not grounds for a refund. We encourage you to communicate any preferences or requests for specific styles during the consultation phase to ensure the photos meet your expectations.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will make every effort to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges/Refunds for Physical Products:

  • If you have purchased physical products (prints, albums, etc.) and are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Refunds or exchanges for physical products will only be provided if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

No Shows:

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee is still due, and no refund will be issued. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
